If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at www.holistichollow.com in our contact form with:

- Clear photos of the product(s) and packaging
You are responsible for checking your spam folder for replies, if our answering email gets redirected there.
Verified issues will be addressed at our discretion through replacement only. Refunds will not be issued.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, Holistic Hollow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly for assistance.
