Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Once an order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are determined by the shipping provider, not Holistic Hollow LLC.
Shipping Responsibility
Holistic Hollow LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues once an order has been shipped.
Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance.
Carrier Delays & Issues
We understand shipping issues can be frustrating. While we are happy to assist customers by providing tracking information or helping communicate with the carrier, Holistic Hollow LLC does not assume responsibility for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages
- Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
- Weather-related delays
- Carrier operational issues
Any claims for loss or delay must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Holistic Hollow LLC is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages returned to sender due to address errors
- Delays caused by address corrections
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us via email (noted on your order confirmation) or the contact form on our website, within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product(s) and packaging
Verified issues may be resolved through replacement only, at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.
